This market has been good to us this year so riding what’s been working. This is a really good price we’re getting and tonights 7.5 total is usually a great sign that this one should remain low scoring.

Let's be different and talk about the juice reducer. Oakland shouldn’t score 8+ runs. Oakland has yet to do that this season in their 18 games and I don’t see the firepower on this offense to do so. Steven Matz has been pitching great this year with 1.80 ERA over 15 innings. He will eventually slow down but this is a good opponent to continue a hot stretch against.
We need six runless outs in the second inning. Matz should take care of Oakland's poor bats but then it comes down to Paul Blackburn against St. Louis. St. Louis' best batters shouldn’t have at bats which is nice but then it comes down getting their second tier guys. A hit in the first inning for St. Louis would be huge to likely avoid Nolan Arenado. Regardless of who he faces, Blackburn has been money this year not allowing a single run yet, I trust him. Let's roll!
