Jack Flaherty can still have a good outing tonight. He just won't rack up strikeouts the way some might expect.
Flaherty has struck out 34% of batters this season. He's been electric. However, the Guardians' projected lineup has only struck out 19.6% of the time against righties. The lineup really only has Estevan Florial and Bo Nyalor striking out at a rate higher than 20% since last season.
Therefore, Flaherty might start to see last year's numbers, where he struck out only 22.6% of batters.
Cleveland doesn't have a ton of power in the lineup and also isn't hitting a high wOBA. But they're putting the ball in play against righties, and that's all that matters here.
