Welcome to the daily hit parlay, brought to you by Calling Our Shot. I hope you all had a great weekend. We finished last week cashing the daily parlay on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Today, I want to kickoff the new week with a fourth straight winner. Let's get right to it.
MONDAY'S HIT PARLAY
LEG 1: ADLEY RUTSCHMAN (BAL) TO RECORD A HIT
Our first leg of the hit parlay: Adley Rutschman. Adley and the Orioles host the Blue Jays today. The matchup for Adley against Jose Berrios is great and he should have several opportunities to get a hit for us.
Against Berrios, Adley is 10-16 hitting .625 against Berrios. One of the reasons for his success is that Berrios is a sinker pitcher and Adley is hitting .357 against the sinker this year. At home, Adley is batting .265 this season. Batting near the top of the order, Adley should get the job done for us today.
Adley has been in the parlay of the day several times, and he's always delivered. Keep up the good work, Mr. Rutschman.
LEG 2: BOBBY WITT JR (KC) TO RECORD A HIT
Our second leg of the hit parlay: Bobby Witt Jr. There's a lot to like about Bobby...whether it's his hard hit percentage, his sprint speed or his flowing hair...I like all three of those things and I like them even more tonight.
Bobby will face George Kirby and the Mariners. Bobby is 2 for 3 lifetime against Kirby, both 2 were doubles. George Kirby rarely walks batters. He has a 2.8 BB%, 97th Percentile. Great for us with an aggressive hitter like Bobby who doesn't take many walks. Bobby has great splits against Kirby's most used pitches. Also, Bobby is coming off an 0-5 game yesterday. He reached on an error hit 112 MPH. Bobby will deliver later tonight.
