May 27 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Nick Nastrini Under 3.5 Ks (+106) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

The White Sox will send out Nick Nastini for another start in the rotation. The rookie pitcher has only struck out 12.7% of his first 63 batters.

In addition, he's walked 20.6% of batters and has given up a wOBA of .418 as a result. With that many walks, it's likely his pitch count will rise quickly. Especially because the Toronto Blue Jays have only struck out 20.3% of the time against righties this season as a projected lineup.

With only three real targets in Toronto's lineup, I'll back Nastrini's Under for today's game. He's only thrown an average of 82 pitches per appearance.

Joe Ryan Under 5.5 Ks (+116) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

The Twins will send Joe Ryan to the mound today. Ryan has struck out 27% of batters this season and hasn't had trouble with either side of the plate.

That said, he'll be in line to face a Royals squad that has only struck out 21.3% of the time. Kansas City's projected lineup has six batters who have struck out 20% of the time or less against righties.

With only three heavy targets for Ryan, it'll be hard to rack up the strikeouts.

In addition, Ryan has allowed a .241 ISO and wOBA of .334 to righties this season. He'll likely face six righties in the Kansas City lineup. That doesn't sound too thrilling for Ryan. Back his Under.

Trevor Rogers Under 3.5 Ks (+122) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

The San Diego Padres have struck out only 15.9% of the time against lefties this season using their projected lineup.

Only two of the nine batters in that lineup have struck out more than 17.2% of the time. Those two batters are right-handed hitters Fernando Tatis Jr. and Manny Machado.

However, Trevor Rogers has only struck out 16.9% of righties this season for the Marlins. The lefty has added 25% of strikeouts against lefties but typically isn't good at earning strikeouts against righties.

Therefore, Rogers might not even add three strikeouts today. At +122, I'm riding the Under.
