Best Bets Today: Wednesday's MLB Hit Parlay from Calling Our Shot

Welcome to the daily hit parlay, brought to you by Calling Our Shot. Yesterday, we lost due to Steven Kwan going 0-4. Today, we are winning. Simple as that. Lock this in.

WEDNESDAY'S HIT PARLAY

LEG 1: STEVEN KWAN (CLE) TO RECORD A HIT

Our first leg of the hit parlay: Steven Kwan. Yesterday, Kwan burned us but that won’t deter us from going back to him today. The last time Kwan has had back to back hitless games is April 23rd. Today he will bounce back with a hit against Erick Fedde and the White Sox. 

Kwan is batting .346 against righties this season and we have to roll with him once again. Kwan has seen Fedde before and is hitting 2-3 (.667) against him. Kwan bats in the leadoff spot and gets several opportunities to get a hit against Fedde and the terrible White Sox bullpen.

LEG 2: JURICKSON PROFAR (SD) TO RECORD A HIT

Our second leg of the hit parlay: Jurickson Profar. After losing a few parlays in a row, it’s time to go back to our GOATs, and there’s few higher up on that list than Jurickson Profar, who coincidentally saw his 13 game hit streak end yesterday.

Profar is batting .311 on the year. He will face the Righty Jon Gray. He’s 3 for 12 (.250) lifetime vs. Gray, who has struggled against Lefty bats this year. Gray is allowing a .303 BA to Lefties this season. Profar will bat lefty (he’s a switch hitter). I love this spot for Profar to get us back in the win column tonight!
