Well, we got away with a push last night in the Braves game but as always, a push is better than a loss and I'd never complain about one. Tonight, we are heading right back to the diamond as the Baltimore Orioles (57-33) host the Chicago Cubs (42-49) in an inter league clash at Camden Yards. This is the first time these two squads have met since they clashed last June at Wrigley Field and Chicago took that series 2-1.

Chicago Cubs vs. Baltimore Orioles Prediction
These teams are trending in completely opposite directions.
Although the Cubs are just six games back from second place in the division, they are dead last and the Cardinals and Brewers seems to be separating themselves from the rest of the pack. The Cubs are just 5-5 across their last ten and have a really tough week ahead of them with the O's and Cardinals on the docket, both away from home.
James Taillon has the rock for the Cubbies tonight and he has really struggled against these hitters and at Camden Yards where he has a 5.11 ERA. Cedric Mullins, Ramon Urias and Austin Hays all have exceptional numbers against Tallion and the team itself is slashing .321/.363/.614 against him.
On the flip side, Baltimore is 7-3 across their last ten and the offense should be able to feast against Tallion tonight. Dean Kramer was flawless in his first start after his return from the IL and I expect him to have al little more leash in his second start back here tonight. I think this is a good spot after a day off for the O's and a tough one for the Cubs.
