This is a very straight forward bet so we will keep it short and sweet. This bet has a hit rate I can’t ignore. Lopez has walked one batter or less in 14 of his last 16 starts. One of the two misses were against the Yankees, who walk the most in the whole league. I’m expecting Lopez to walk one guy, but nothing more today.

With that being said, no matter how patient they are it won’t matter if Pablo is pumping strikes. Lopez ranks in the top 20 in all of the MLB in thrown strike percentage.
