Spencer Schwellenbach has struck out 53.8% of righties over the last month. But it's hard to imagine he sustains this type of success.
Schwellenbach will face a Phillies lineup that should have five righties in it. But those five righties have only struck out 15.9% of the time against other righties over the last month.
Plus, Schwellenbach has only struck out 17.8% of lefties. The Phillies' lefties typically strike out more from the left side.

The Astros will send out Spencer Arrighetti. He's struck out 39.2% of batters over the last month, including 44.3% of lefties and 30.6% of righties.

In the lineup, six batters have struck out at least 23.2% of the time against righties over the last month. Cease's strikeout rate has decreased slightly but should improve against this New York lineup.
This, especially since New York is headed to the West Coast immediately after yesterday's game. Cease should mow down the Mets tonight.
