Best MLB Home Run Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Friday

Opening Day has come and gone, but the first full weekend of baseball is just heating up. Jason Radowitz already smacked two of his first three home run props on Day 1, so it's time for him to keep cooking on Friday night. Tail these top three MLB player props for March 28th's baseball action.

Best MLB Home Run Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Friday

I told everyone to tread lightly to begin the season, and then we hit two home run props on Opening Day between Bryce Harper and Vinnie Pasquantino.

That said, I still think we should tread lightly. It's early in the season! Still, hitting two home run props on Opening Day was a fun start to the season.

Let's get a daily streak going. Here are three home run props I like for tonight's MLB slate.

March 28 Best MLB Home Run Props

Wilyer Abreu to Hit a Home Run (+470) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Wilyer Abreu added two home runs in yesterday's game for the Red Sox.

Tonight, he's got a terrific matchup going up against Jack Leiter of the Texas Rangers. Leiter threw against 86 lefties last season and allowed a .216 ISO and wOBA of .368 with only 15.1% of strikeouts. He also allowed 46.8% of hard contact and gave up nearly 34% of fly balls to lefties last season.

Meanwhile, Abreu smashed a .225 ISO and wOBA of .357 against righties last season. He also hit 36.4% of fly balls with only 31.4% of ground balls against righties last season. Beyond that, Abreu added a 64% hard contact rate against righties last year. That's the same rate as Rafael Devers, for example.

Consider Abreu to go deep tonight.

Lawrence Butler to Hit a Home Run (+440) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Lawrence Butler had such a phenomenal season last season that he signed an extension to stay with the Athletics for the long term.

He hit a .227 ISO and wOBA of .343 against righties batting in the lead-off spot last season. He also slugged a 52.7% hard contact rate and added more than 28% of fly balls and line drives against righties.

He's set to take on Luis Castillo of the Mariners. Castillo is a household name and was once an ace pitcher. However, last year, he struggled against lefties. Castillo allowed a .237 ISO and wOBA of .369 to 345 lefties. He also gave up 51.2% of hard contact and allowed a 10% barrel percentage while allowing nearly 31% of fly balls to lefties.

Take a chance with Butler!

Will Smith to Hit a Home Run (+520) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Will Smith and the Dodgers will take a familiar foe in Jack Flaherty. Flaherty had some good moments with the Dodgers in the postseason. However, last year, he struggled against righties for most of the season.

Flaherty gave up a .230 ISO and wOBA of .331 to 348 righties as a right-handed batter. He also allowed 29.5% of line drives and 51.2% of hard contact to right-handed batters last season.

On the other hand, Will Smith hit a .158 ISO and wOBA of .311 against 384 righties. He also added more fly balls than ground balls and earned an 8.8% barrel percentage with nearly 46% of hard contact.

Smith has a good matchup against Flaherty tonight. Let's take advantage of it.
