April 12 Best MLB Home Run Props
Eugenio Suarez to Hit a Home Run (+370) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Eugenio Suarez has socked a .389 ISO and wOBA of .352 against his first 41 righties this season. He's also nailed 44% of fly balls and 64% of hard contact, while only adding 28% of ground balls against righties this year.
He's in line to face a right-handed pitcher, Chad Patrick of the Milwaukee Brewers. Patrick has allowed a .450 ISO and wOBA of .427 to his first 22 righties this season. He's also allowed 23.5% of line drives and 29.4% of fly balls with only 13.6% of strikeouts against righties this season.
Suarez is a strikeout threat every time he steps to the plate. But Patrick hasn't proven much ability to strike out righties. Suarez can certainly get ahold of one against Patrick. Patrick has allowed an 11.8% barrel percentage while addoing just 9% swinging strikes.
Hunter Goodman to Hit a Home Run (+480) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Padres will pitch Kyle Hart. He's only got six major league apperances since 2020 and pitched internationally for a long while before finding his way back in the MLB.
Hart is a left-handed pitcher who has allowed a .500 ISO and wOBA of .544 to his first 22 righties this season. He's also allowed more fly balls than ground balls and has given up 28.6% of line drives to righties to begin the year.
Hunter Goodman should bat in the middle of the lineup for the Rockies. The right-handed slugger has earned a .357 ISO and wOBA of .474 with only 13.3% of strikeouts against lefties this season. Goodman has also added 33.3% of line drives, 50% of hard contact, and a 25% barrel percentage.
This is a matchup worth monitoring.
Freddie Freeman to Hit a Home Run (+370) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Freddie Freeman has missed a handful of games to begin the year. However, when he's on the field, he's dominated, especially against righties.
Freeman has delivered a .875 ISO and wOBA of .684 with no strikeouts against right-handed pitching this season. In addition, he's added 62.5% of fly balls and 50% of hard contact with only 12.5% of ground balls against righties.
That said, he'll take on Ben Brown of the Cubs. Brown is a right-handed pitcher who has allowed a .211 ISO and wOBA of .370 to his first 22 lefties this season. Last year, Brown allowed 54.3% of hard contact to 222 batters and induced only 37.7% of ground balls. Freeman is in a good spot tonight.
