3 Best Home Run Prop Bets, Picks, and HR Odds For Thursday, May 1

Here are my three favorite home run bets to consider for tonight's slate of games in the MLB.

Dylan Crews and the Nationals will face Taijuan Walker of the Phillies tonight. Walker is a right-handed pitcher who has struggled more against right-handed hitters this season.

Walker has allowed a .200 ISO and wOBA of .366 to his first 49 righties this year. He's also allowed 28.9% of line drives and has induced only 31.6% of ground balls against righties.

Plus, Walker has added just 14.3% of strikeouts and has given up 55.3% of hard contact to right-handed batters.

Meanwhile, Crews has socked a .219 ISO and wOBA of .327 with only 17.9% of strikeouts over the last 30 days against righties. He's also hit 46.2% of hard contact with a team-leading 19.2% barrel percentage against righties in that span.

Alex Bregman has smashed a .364 ISO and wOBA of .492 against his last 85 righties. He's struck out only 17.6% of the time against righties over the previous 30 days and has added 38.1% of fly balls with 60.3% of hard contact. Bregman has even hit a 14.3% barrel percentage and only 28.8% of ground balls against righties.

He's in line to take on Jose Berrios of the Toronto Blue Jays. Berrios has allowed a .286 ISO and wOBA of .370 to his first 52 righties this season. He's also allowed 27.3% of fly balls to his last 41 righties and has struck out only 14.6% of those righties.

Berrios has also allowed more than 51% of hard contact to his last 41 righties and has earned only 5.2% of swinging strikes.

Bregman has a terrific matchup tonight.

Gleyber Torres has shown off a lot of power since joining Detroit. He's hit a .389 ISO and wOBA of .465 with only 10.5% of strikeouts against left-handed pitching over the last 30 days.

Additionally, he's hit 37.5% of fly balls with 31.2% of line drives, and only 25% of ground balls against lefties over the last month.

He'll take on Yusei Kikuchi of the Angels, who is a left-handed thrower. He's allowed a .165 ISO and wOBA of .361 to his first 119 right-handed batters this season. Kikuchi's strikeout rate hasn't even reached 20% against righties this season. He's also allowed 28.4% of fly balls and 25.9% of line drives.

Those righties have also earned 51.9% of hard contact with an 11.1% barrel percentage against Kikuchi.

Look for Torres to take advantage. He's been red-hot against lefties.
