Best MLB Bets Today: Thursday, June 26th

Juan Soto Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBIs (-105) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Remember when Juan Soto was miserable to be on the Mets? That narrative has quickly dissipated. Soto is crushing the ball in June. The Mets outfielder is slashing .325/.485/.753 with 22 runs, three doubles, 10 home runs, 18 RBIs and a 1.238 OPS.

He hit two home runs on Wednesday and has five home runs over the last five games. The multi-homer game broke the record for the most before the age of 27. Soto has 27 multiple-homer games and the previous mark was 26 by Jimmie Foxx.

Since May 30th, Soto is third in baseball with a 1.211 OPS. Only Ronald Acuna Jr. and Cal Raleigh are better. For the season, Soto is batting .256 with 58 runs, 14 doubles, 19 home runs, 45 RBIs, nine stolen bases and an .899 OPS.

Soto will face Braves right-hander Grant Holmes, who has a 3.08 ERA at home compared to 4.58 on the road and the game is in New York. Holmes has allowed 1.48 HR/9.

Seiya Suzuki Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Seiya Suzuki has already tied his career high in home runs. He hit 21 in 512 at-bats last season and has 21 in 306 at-bats this season. The Cubs outfielder has helped the Cubs be one of the best offenses in baseball.

Suzuki is slashing .258/.314/.539 with 42 runs, 19 doubles, 21 home runs, 67 RBIs and an .853 OPS. He is in the 88th percentile or better in five categories, including barrel percentage, hard hit rate and average exit velocity.

Over the last 14 days, Suzuki has been hammering the ball with a 20% barrel rate, 60% hard hit rate and a 93.3 miles per hour exit velocity. While Suzuki hits better against left-handers, he has hit 13 home runs against right-handers. The Cardinals will start right-hander Andre Pallante, who doesn’t get a lot of strikeouts. He has a 16.5% strikeout rate and has allowed 1.2 HR/9.

Suzuki has three home runs over the last four games and is 3-for-4 against Pallante. The weather is ideal for hitting. It’s hot, humid and the wind is blowing out.
