The New York Mets and the Milwaukee Brewers meet from American Family Field tonight as New York will attempt to earn the sweep and advance for a date with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Milwaukee will attempt to live another day and force a deciding Game 3 tomorrow night.
Entering the series Milwaukee was the betting favorite after winning their third NL Central title in four years, but the Mets are clearly the hotter team.

Mets vs. Brewers Game 2 Prediction, Betting Analysis, Game Preview
Pat Murphy’s team jumped out an encouraging 2-0 lead yesterday in the bottom of the first inning. At one point in the inning, the Brewers became -600 favorites on the moneyline.
Brewers starter Freddy Peralta could not hold the lead as veteran Jesse Winker struck a two-run RBI triple into the right-field corner. Starling Marte would drive Winker in with a sacrifice fly to give the Mets a 3-2 lead.
The Brewers answered as William Contreas knocked in Brice Turang to give the Brew Crew a 4-3 lead.
New York plated five two-out runs in the 5th inning to take an 8-4 lead and never looked back.
Mark Vientos delivered the most significant swing of the game, knocking in a pair of runs, giving New York a 6-4 lead.
Veteran JD Martinez added insurance with a two-run single of his own.
The New York bullpen was outstanding, pitching three scoreless innings.
Brice Turang was the star for the Brewers, with three hits in the loss whil Vientos led the Mets with two hits and a pair of runs batted in.
Southpaw Sean Manea will toe the rubber tonight. Maena went 12-6 with a 3.47 ERA during the regular season.
Opposing Manea is Frankie Montas. The veteran is 7-11 with a 4.84 ERA.

After making money on the Mets yesterday, we will fade them today.
I believe Milwaukee will step up with their season on the line and extend this series today. New York will be playing its fourth game in the last three days, making it difficult for it to sweep.
Milwaukee has crushed Manaea, batting .326 as a team in 46 at-bats.
Let’s cash in tonight!
