The Philadelphia 76ers are still sorting things out with the other top dogs in the east so we should see a nice effort out of them tonight. They've won three straight games and appear to be getting playoff ready. Albeit, those games weren't exactly against great teams but still. You can only play who's on your schedule. That's just how schedules work.

I know that betting a guy to record at least 10 assists feels weird but we're talking James Harden here. The guy has done this in three straight games. It's no surprise why since he leads the NBA over that span in potential assists with 20.7 per game. How hard is it to get 10 assists when you are averaging more than twice that amount in potentials?

The Raptors are a good team for Harden to face tonight. Over the last three games no team in the NBA has allowed more opponent assists per field goals made. It's crazy to say but 72% of their opponents' field goals have been assisted in that span. What is going on there? Whatever it is, Harden will likely take advantage.

Joel Embiid 30+ Points

Just like the 10+ assists number for Harden, it feels weird to do a 30+ points for someone. Well, when that someone is Joel Embiid, it doesn't feel that weird. It feels good actually. That's literally his average. What a beast.

Over his last eight games, Embiid has been crushing this number. In fact he's gone over in five of those games. The thing is, in two of them he finished with 29. The guy is right there all the time. Of all the eight games we were just talking about, the lowest he's come away with is 27. In that game he only played 27 minutes. I doubt that happens tonight.

Embiid did have a tough one against the Raptors last time they played but he still took 20 shots that night. The problem was he only hit six. The guy still got to 21 so don't get it twisted. He still handled things. That performance is less concerning when you consider he went for 36 against Toronto the other time he played them this season. Embiid is coming off two straight 40-point games. I don't think the Raptors can handle him.
