The Minnesota Timberwolves host the Memphis Grizzlies for Game 6 tonight. John Hyslop breaks down this +100 same game parlay.
ANALYSIS

Minnesota Timberwolves vs Memphis Grizzlies Same Game Parlay: Can Ja Morant Dish It Out in Game 6?

We have a problem, people. I want you to go to your score apps and look at the NBA schedule tomorrow. Look hard. Like put your face all the way up to the screen and open both eyes as wide as you can. One thing that will become very noticeable is the fact that there are no games tomorrow. That's bad. Because every team that could close out last night did so, we don't get any basketball. We couldn't even get one team to tank one for the people. Sad. What I like to do in a situation like this is gamble. Gamble the pain away people. Luckily for us, we've got the Minnesota Timberwolves and Memphis Grizzlies going at it tonight. It's on ESPN and it's at a great Friday night gambling time (9:00pm ET). I think a nice easy same-game parlay will soften the blow of not having basketball tomorrow.

Patrick Beverley Over 2.5 Assists

I kind of cheated here since we won't sweat at all with this one. Like none of these bets even have a remote shot of losing. If you want even more bad news, they will all likely be done by halftime. What can I say though, this is just that kind of series. I don't think we could even find a great sweat. I guess if you wanted to raise Patrick Beverley's assists to 3.5 you could. It's not like the man has posted less than four assists in any game this series. He dropped six last game and only played 27 minutes before getting kicked out with six fouls. He'll get at least three dimes tonight.

Brandon Clarke Over 10.5 Points

The next leg is just so you can show out to your friends. What you want to do when you talk about this parlay is say something like, "Brandon Clarke is the reason the Grizzlies haven't folded when they get down huge". There's literally no way to quantify that as false so you're already correct. Plus now you're betting on the guy so you must really know ball. Clarke hasn't scored less than 13 points in any game in this series so you won't lose this leg. We're talking about a guy who took 14 shots last game. We're good here.

Ja Morant Over 6.5 Assists

Next is Ja Morant's assists and honestly, you could go even higher if you wanted to. There's literally no chance he finishes with less than seven tonight. I'd be shocked if he didn't cover this by halftime. The last two games in Minnesota saw him go into double digits in the dime category in both games. He handed out 15 in one of them. We only need seven here people. Seems pretty easy.

D'Angelo Russell Over 4.5 Assists

Finally, this one could get tricky but it won't. It just looks tricky because it says "D'Angelo Russell" in front of the bet. This guy is averaging almost 12 potential assists a game in this series. He's finished with at least seven actual assists in each of his last three contests. As for the two games played in Minnesota, he went eight and seven. Now that I think about it, this is pretty much like going to the ATM. There is no way this bet loses.
