In life we have choices. We could gamble, or we could just waste our time watching Netflix with our spouses. If we're being honest, Inventing Anna is a good show. I've watched a couple of episodes with my wife. That girl was wild. How she tricked Goose into signing off on her having the assets for a $40 million loan kind of pissed me off though. The Goose I know would have never fallen for a scam like that. He's way too smart. That's not the point of this article though. We're talking gambling and even though we were scammed by Jrue Holiday last night, I feel like we'll be fine. The guy took like 22 shots and didn't score 22 points. We were right. He was the one that was wrong. Lucky for us I found a guy, who unlike Anna Sorokin and Jrue Holiday, isn't a scam artist (I'm sorry Jrue, I didn't mean that). When we send this guy out for 18, he'll come back with 18. We can trust him (probably).

Bam Adebayo Over 17.5 Points (+100) (Bet $100 to Win $100)
*Odds Available at FanDuel at Time of Publishing*
We could go to any book for this number as everyone seems to have 17.5. The best price I've seen is FanDuel at even money. DraftKings and BetMGM both have -110 so they're not far off. Still, I always just stick with the best price. Feels right.
Let tell you people a little bit about Bam Adebayo. The man is an absolute beast. He was built to cover 17.5 point player props and one look at him will tell you that. He may only be 6'9" but that's enough down low when you're as tough as this guy. I can say this for certainty, I would never fight this guy. Like no chance. I'd run and I'm man enough to admit that.
Still, being tough doesn't necessarily mean you're a good scorer. Scoring points makes you a good scorer. How about scoring at least 20 points in four of his last five playoff games? That's what Adebayo has done. It's push come to shove time and Bam is doing just that. In all four of his 20+ point games, he saw at least 10 shots. It's hard to imagine he doesn't get that same type of opportunity tonight.
The Heat would be smart to get the ball into Adebayo down low in an effort to get Joel Embiid into foul trouble. Bam was great in Game 4 defensively denying the ball to Embiid so we've seen him push him around. Free throws could bail us out here as well since Adebayo took 19 attempts from the charity stripe in the other two games of this series played in Miami. A little home cooking wouldn't hurt tonight. We only need 18 here people. I bet Adebayo gets that.
