Will the Dallas Mavericks extend the series? Jason Radowitz goes through and makes his pick.
ANALYSIS

Golden State Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks Prediction: Will Dallas Keep Series Alive in Golden State?

The Dallas Mavericks were confident going into Game 4. No team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit, but the Mavericks believe they can be the first.

After a promising win, at home, on Tuesday, the Mavericks will now head back on the road for Game 5, down 3-1 in the series. A win against the Warriors on Thursday would give the Mavericks a chance to tie the series at home.

Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Thursday's Game 5 between the Dallas Mavericks vs. Golden State Warriors.

Golden State Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks Game 5 Line Movement

Golden State Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks Game 5 Prediction

After a poor shooting night in Game 3, at home, the Mavericks came out red hot in Game 4. Luka Doncic added 30 pints but it was other guys who stepped up like Dorrian. Finney-smith and Reggie Bullock.

Bullock added six threes and 18 points while Finney-Smith scored 23 points on 9-of-13 from the floor. When role players are giving serious production, it's easier to win games. The Mavericks will need that kind of stat line out of those two moving forward if they want to come back and win this Western Conference Finals.

The Mavericks nailed 50% of shots and hit 46.5% from downtown at home, cruising to victory in a must-win Game 4. Dallas won the rebounding battle and held the Warriors to 35.7% from three in the previous game.

The Warriors had a lot of inconsistent production in Game 4. The offense was hot and cold with Steph Curry only adding 20 points on the night. A lot of the bench stepped up to keep the game close, but the Mavericks had been up by as many as 29 at one point in the game.

This all went down with Luka Doncic shooting just 10-for-26 from the field. He added 14 rebounds and nine assists along with 30 points, but it wasn't entirely his best shoot night. Still, he did so many other things for the club to help them get out to a massive lead. His teammates capitalized on Doncic's playmaking, which is something they hadn't done in Game 3.

An exciting series would be way more fun. As a basketball fan, watching the Mavericks win Game 5 would definitely add some intrigue.

However, I'm riding with the Warriors to finish the job at home. Dallas won't be shooting 50% from the field and nearly 50% from three on the road, against a Warriors team that will bring it early. Take the Warriors against the spread.
