The NBA Finals are back tonight people and I hate to be "that guy" but they're coming to an end soon. At the most, we have three games left and at worst two. It's a tough time of the year but we're battle-tested now so we'll be fine. I know it's sad, but we'll just have to deal with it. One thing I like to do when I'm sad that always seems to make me feel better is gamble. And since there's an NBA game on tonight, it only feels right that we gamble on that. There may not be many more. We just talked about it.
Lucky for us, I went through all the lines and did thousands of mental simulations. It was crazy. But when all was said and done, I found what is likely to be the greatest bet ever made. Any sport. Somehow the people at FanDuel missed this one and honestly, it's not even their fault. This play is simply one of the sharpest that can be played. Nothing they can do about it really. This one is obviously a FanDuel exclusive since they throw out the alt lines. I've looked around to see if the other books had something for the people in this market and the best I could find was Over .5 (-175) at DraftKings. FanDuel has .5 (-176) but if you could play there you would probably just play the over 2.5 at +880. It's what dreams are made of and everyone knows it.

Here's the thing about this guy, we have no idea how hurt he really is. His knee has been an issue for what seems like forever now and he's questionable for this game. I think he's playing. Williams seems like an absolute beast that would need to have his leg amputated before considering sitting out an NBA Finals game. It's just how he was built. His hands are literally tied here.

The thing about Williams is, that he knows he's hurt. It's his knee. He's the only one that can feel it. So he did what any great teammate would do in a situation like this. In the last game, he started dishing the rock-like John Stockton. We're talking nine potential assists here people. Nine. That's almost double digits. It's just one away. Even better, his teammates turned those potentials into four actual assists which is one more than we need tonight.
A lot of people don't know this but the Golden State Warriors are actually a good team to target here. Obviously, Williams dropped four dimes on them in the last game so there is that. But if we go beyond that, like way beyond that, we'll see that opposing centers averaged 4+ assists against the Warriors in the regular season. Only four teams in the entire NBA allowed more to the big guys. This move feels crazy, but when you consider the fact that we're getting +880, I don't think it's that dumb.
