I thought that getting to the books late today would leave me no value but I see this one untouched from last night. I’m not sure why this isn’t more popular but we will gladly take it. We need just three made three-pointers from a guy who has attempted 9.8 attempts per game this year and has hit in 3/4 games. He could shoot 3/10 and hit for us and that would be considered an off-shooting night for him as he’s typically a 38% three-point shooter.
The matchup is a good one. He plays against a Sixers team who he averaged 3.3 3PM in the regular season with a two out of three hit rate. Scottie Barnes is questionable for this contest but that shouldn’t make much of a difference here. This game's spread is close with the Sixers only being two-point favorites. The game had a low total of 211 but with Trent's points prop at 17.5, it’s hard to imagine he gets there without a fair amount of triples.
Embiid should limit Siakam slightly and Toronto will need scoring out of their backcourt. Trent in the past two games has attempted 12 3PA in each game so he is definitely not afraid to let it fly. If he shoots 12 again then I have faith that he can make 25% of his long balls and go at least 3-12. Let's get this one quick before people realize this is a good one. Let's roll!
