I went to BetMGM here because they have the best number on Red Velvet. FanDuel was a close second with 2.5 (+106) while DraftKings has a little more faith in our boy as they are showing 2.5 (-105). I'd still say this one is playable anywhere but I'd much rather have +115. That's called common sense.

Red Velvet is one of the best nicknames in the NBA right now. It's perfect for this guy. Like seriously perfect. (My facial hair is red so I know.) This guy is smooth with the handles and his jumper is about as wet as any in the NBA. The thing I like the most about him is the fact that he's not afraid to shoot. Even when he's missing left and right he'll still keep shooting which is all we ever want to see. Can't score if you aren't shooting. (Science.)

So far this season in his new home, Huerter seems to be the alpha three guy. Kind of. Rookie Keegan Murray takes eight threes a game as well. Malik Monk is also on this team and he'll take a million threes if you let him but no one has taken more than Huerter this season. Even with KZ Okpala moving to the bench (and a shooter moving into the starting five to take his place), I still think Huerter is going to fire away.
We're talking about a guy who has hit at least five threes in each home game he's played so far. There's only been two but whose fault is that? We don't make the schedule. The Kings are getting Memphis tonight which represents a pace-up spot while also representing a D-down spot as the Grizzlies are second worst in the NBA in defensive efficiency. All we need is for this guy to hit one early and he's shooting for the rest of the game. I think it's Red Velvet night in Sacramento.
