I saw this very juiced earlier at 28.5, but now that it moved to 29.5 with less juice, I will gladly play it with much less risk. Ja is such an easy guy to bet on. The guy is consistently the hardest worker on the court, and he easily gets his spots. Tonight should be no different against a Blazers team that is susceptible to giving up points in transition. The Blazers allow the 2nd most fast break points, only trailing Houston.

Morant has seen success against Portland before, as we saw in his last start against them last year when he dropped 44 points against them. Morant has hit this prop in four of six games this year, averaging over 33 points per game. The Blazers have only faced one player with a skillset similar to Ja’s, and that was opening night against De'Aaron Fox, and he dropped 33 points on Portland.

This game projects to be close, and Ja should see high volume with or without Desmond Bane playing tonight, as he is questionable. Bane playing would help Ja see better looks and hit 30 more efficiently, but if he sits out, Ja should see more field goal attempts and hit 30, although likely less efficiently. Ja should attack the paint in this one and either finish at the rim or get himself to the line. This is a late one, but let's make it worth staying up for, let's roll!
