Slop's Premium Pick for Magic vs. Warriors

Orlando Magic Team Total Over 109.5 +102. Bet $100 to collect $202. Best odds available at Fanduel (Alt Lines) (click here)

We're at FanDuel for this one but honestly, it's playable everywhere. The difference is, we're adding a point to get +102. At DraftKings, you'll have to go 108.5 (-115). That's not a deal breaker but I don't like it as much as I like the 109.5 (+102). Remember, we're doing things on our terms. Not the books'. It should be noted that BetMGM does this market as well and they have 109.5 (+100). That's definitely fine to do.

Here's the thing about the Orlando Magic. They are not a good basketball team. They're very young and they're still learning. So far this season, they've only won once but they are kind of in every game. Plus when you look at who they've played, it's understandable that they're not winning. We're talking about the Dallas Mavericks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Boston Celtics here people. Those teams are just better than the young Magic kids. It's not even fair.

Still, I kind of believe that Orlando isn't that bad offensively. So far on the season, they are 27th in offensive efficiency. That's bad. But all of their games have been on the road so far except for two. In the games at home, they weren't that bad. They're actually 6th best in the NBA in offensive efficiency at home. I know it's only two games but whatever. One was against the Celtics so suck it, haters. They dropped 120 points that game.

I think the Magic kids just need a boost from their opponent and they get that boost tonight in the form of the Golden State Warriors. They're a bad defensive team that plays fast. That's actually a double boost when you think about it. On the season, only one team has been worse in defensive efficiency on the road. On top of that, no team sees more possessions. We're talking about a team that has played three straight road games and hasn't given up less than 116 points in any of those games. The Detroit Pistons dropped 128 on them. Case closed. The Magic are going over tonight.
