Nikola Vucevic Over 14+ Rebounds (+170) - (Bet $100 to collect $270)
We're at PointsBet for this one because I can't find a single book on the planet that will let us go alt on this guy's rebounds. I'm serious. Go look at FanDuel right now. All we can get is 11.5 (-132). That's fine and all but what if we want to kick it up a notch? After all, it's Friday night. We need a little extra juice but when you click "To Record 14+ Rebounds", Jayson Tatum is the only guy listed. What the hell is that all about?
I think I know why FanDuel is so scared and it's because they know that Vucevic is going 14+ tonight. First off, he's done it in two of his last three games. The only time he didn't quite get there was last time out when he only grabbed 13 against the Charlotte Hornets. The Bulls stomped Charlotte that night so Vucevic only played 31 minutes. There is blowout potential tonight given that the Bulls are 7-point dogs but I think the game stays competitive throughout. Plus Andre Drummond is out so maybe Vucevic gets to stay out a little longer here and there.
Even if the Bulls get waxed or they wax the Celtics, I still think Vucevic can get the job done given the matchup. So far this season, only three teams allow more rebounds to the center position than the Boston Celtics. I know 14 is a lot but when these teams met on October 24th, Vucevic pulled down 23 rebounds. In just 30 minutes. Kristaps Porzingis reeled in 13 against Boston just a few days ago which is his highest total in any game on the season. I don't think 14+ should be +170 on any book on the planet.
