We have to go over to FanDuel for this one but if you want a standard line you can play it anywhere. DraftKing is hanging 12.5 (-105) if you want to save on a little juice because BetMGM is going 12.5 (-110). As far as FanDuel, they've got 11.5 (-124) which is a better number but that price is pretty steep. I'm just going to swing for the fence and see what happens with my 15+. Can't win if you don't bet.
Here's the thing. This guy is not a scorer. Never really has been. He's always been kind of a secondary guy. Almost like an assist guy that doesn't really get assists. But don't let this guy fool you because he can score if he wants to. If you remember him from Iowa State you know that he can fill it up. But we don't have to go that far back. Just last season with the Denver Nuggets we saw more than a handful of 20+ point games. Morris turns it on when needed which is respectful.
This season in Washington Morris is an afterthought offensively with Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingas. He just kind of hangs out. But Beal is out tonight just like he was yesterday so roles will be shaken up a bit. That's a good thing for Morris because that should mean more shots. I'd like to think he chucks up at least 10 which is a pretty important number because both times he's done that this season, he's scored at least 18 points. We only need 15, tonight people.
I know it's a back-to-back for the Wizards but the last time they played a back-to-back Morris dumped in 19 against the Philadelphia 76ers. Tonight he's getting a shot in a pace-up spot since the Wizards will be in Charlotte taking on the Hornets. Only three teams in the entire NBA see more possessions per game than they do. They also aren't great against point guards as only three teams in the NBA allow more points per game to the position. This could be the sneakiest play of all time
