There are so many ways you can bet on Allen tonight. I think this is one of the safer routers. His double was my initial look but that has become so juiced and this is a good number. Allen is averaging 26.9 PRA per game so this number is lower than his season average. He gets a matchup against the Kings who he had games of 36 and 31 last year. The Kings will still be starting Sabonis at Center much like those matchups so I see more of the same this year.
Allen has hit this prop in six of his last eight games and has done it in difficult ways. We have seen games with 20 rebounds but also games with 20 points. Allen is has the upside to hit the majority of this prop in one category. We added assists too because Sacramento allows the most assists to centers and we actually saw Allen get three last games. His PRA is only one higher than his PR so just one assist would hit the projection.
Sacramento has allowed players with similar playstyles who are much worse like Mason Plumlee get 24. Allen is a beast on the glass and should have the edge in the paint to see some easy dunks. This game has a reasonably close spread so I would like to think Allen should see 30+ minutes. Jarrett has averaged 29.5 PRA in his last four games with three of the games being 30+. Let's hope Allen keeps that trend up in a favorable matchup and let's roll!
