Jayson Tatum Celtics Home Game

Josh Gayle's Premium Boston Celtics vs Atlanta Hawks Pick

This is a market I don’t normally like but this bet has too many signs to ignore. Gayle has an NBA ROI of 8.25% and will look to continue that on Wednesday night!

Josh Gayle's Premium Boston Celtics vs Atlanta Hawks Pick

0.5u - Jayson Tatum o7.5 Rebounds (-122 @ Fanduel) (Bet $122 to Profit $100)

Betting on rebounds is the least fun way to watch a game. Sitting there and rooting for missed shots feels like a crime. With that being said, we’re in the business of making money and nothing is more fun than that. This number is Tatum's standard number on any slate but this is a great matchup. Last year we saw Tatum hit this prop in 3/4 games vs Atlanta and this year he is 8/14 on the season.

Atlanta allows the 5th most rebounds to the PF position this year and Tatum has hit this prop in his last 3 games with 28 rebounds in this stretch. This game projects to be close. In games where Tatum sees his usual 35+ minutes, he is 8/12 on the season which is a great hit rate for only play juice in the -120’s. Tatum’s weird where he never usually ends between 4-7 rebounds. He will either get you 2-5 or 8-11, I like his odds better tonight at getting that 8+ number.

This play will come down to the game remaining close. I fully expect this to be an absolute sweat and a play that comes down in the fourth quarter. Although it’s a bigger slate today, I don’t see much value just yet but this is the best of what’s available in my opinion. Hopefully, more value opens up as the day progresses but as for now this is all we like and for just a half unit I don’t feel too bad playing this unpredictable market. Hopefully, no “team rebound” nonsense when he clearly gets the board. Let's roll!
