Dallas Mavericks vs. Boston Celtics Prediction

Dallas comes into this game feeling great about their play as of late. The Mavs have won seven games in a row. You have to date all the way back to December 19th for the last time that Dallas lost.

The main reason for their success is Luka Donic. Doncic is taking over the league with his play this season and proving to the world that he is one of the best basketball players on the planet. The second reason Dallas has found success as of late is due to the fact that their role players have really stepped up. One of those players is Christian Wood, who continues to see more minutes. If Dallas wants to go on a serious run this season, they will need guys like Wood to step up and play their roles well.

Boston meanwhile comes into this game somewhat cold for their standards. Boston got off to an outstanding start this season, but they are playing about .500 basketball over the last month. Most recently, Boston was beaten by the Thunder 150-117. Despite their cold run, Boston remains the best team in the NBA at 26-12. Jayson Tatum is having an MVP-caliber type of season, and he will look to continue that tonight.

I am all over Boston here. I could not love this spot more for the Celtics. Dallas comes into this game red hot, Boston comes into this game cold, yet we see Boston -2.5 on the road? This is a Celtics play all the way.

Boston is the best team in basketball in my eyes, and what better spot to bounce back than tonight after being embarrassed by a bad OKC team? The Mavs are 15-5 at home this year, and yet we see the line the way it is. I can not pass up on the Celtics tonight. Let’s keep things rolling on the hardwood and cash in!
