Milwaukee Bucks vs. Los Angeles Clippers Prediction
The Bucks enter this game playing to the tune of a 34-17 record. That record is good for second in the East, and in the eyes of many, the Bucks are the second-best team in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee has been led by two-time MVP and former finals MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. Giannis is having an MVP-caliber season yet again. He has been outstanding on both ends of the floor and continues to be a matchup nightmare for opposing teams.
Giannis is averaging 31.8 points per game at the moment, which leads the team. Jrue Holiday has been a great sidekick to Giannis this year in the absence of all-star guard Khris Middleton. Middleton is slowly getting back into the flow of things coming off the bench in the Bucks' win over the Hornets on Tuesday night. Middleton scored eighteen points in twenty minutes.
The Clippers, meanwhile, come into play playing their best basketball of the year. Los Angeles is finally healthy, and they have Kawhi Leonard and Paul George back on the floor together. The Clipper's recent run has moved them up to the number four seed in the West. Los Angeles has won seven of their last ten games. Kawhi Leonard has looked healthy the last few weeks, and it looks like he is returning to his normal form. The Bucks come into tonight’s game as a 3.5-point favorite.Â
I am going to take another prop tonight since we cashed Joe Harris so easily last night. This time I will turn to the services of Kawhi Leonard. We are taking Leonard over 6.5 rebounds. He has been on a roll as of late, and I believe tonight’s game will have a lot of pace to it. The Bucks typically play a stretch five, so I do not expect Ivica Zubac to have a ton of boards tonight, and I believe that opens up the floor for a guy like Leonard. This number has continued to move up and get more juiced thru the day, so I want to lock this in before it jumps more. Let’s stay hot tonight and cash in.Â
