Betting rebounds isn’t always the most fun but we’ve actually been hitting them lately so let’s continue that trend here. Capela is a rebounding monster. He averages 11.4 rebounds a game and gets a great matchup tonight against Utah.

We have already seen Clint Capela against the Jazz this season. He grabbed 19 rebounds in that game and cleared this number in the first half alone. Utah allows the seventh most rebounds to centers so this was no fluke. Capela’s only concern is foul trouble, he has hit this in three of his last five with the two misses being a blowout where he ended with 10 in 22 minutes. Clint also had ten against OKC who have bigs who can shoot which takes him away from the basket.

Utah has been better at preventing opposing big men from rebounding, but Capela seems matchup-proof, so as long as he’s getting the minutes needed, I like our odds. If Utah sticks with Kessler, Atlanta will need Capela for his size. Capela has hit this prop in nine straight games of playing 29+ minutes. This game projects close and should be a good one to watch.
