Chicago Bulls vs Brooklyn Nets Pick

1u - Nicolas Claxton No Double Double (-130) Bet $130 to collect $230 Odds at Barstool

I love this market and I never see people bet on it. It’s essentially taking two unders and only needing one to hit, it’s pretty fun. Nic Claxton's main prop for points is 12.5 so we’re essentially taking the u9.5 and his rebound prop is 9.5 so we’re getting that at the same price but for slightly more juice in case he doesn’t have a scoring night.

Chicago Bulls vs Brooklyn Nets Prediction

Claxton has played in 54 games and has failed to get a double-double in 33 of those games. That is a 61% hit rate and he has played Chicago twice. He is 1/2 against them on achieving a double-double but the one double-double he does have was the weakest you could get with a 10 points and 10 rebound game.

Nikola Vucevic is a shooter and is likely to pull Claxton away from the rim at times to limit his rebound opportunities. In his second game against Chicago this year he only grabbed six boards in 33 minutes. You would think after the Kyrie Irving /Kevin Durant trades happened that we would see the 23-year-old be more aggressive shooting but that hasn’t been the case.

In his last three games, he's averaged just six shots per game with totals of four, six, and eight. Spencer Dinwiddie, Mikal Bridges, and Cam Johnson are all newcomers who aren’t afraid to let it fly and it seems like Claxton is still trying to figure out how he fits. I’m not sure if Claxton will finish with single-digit rebounds or points but all I know is we just need one to hit. Let's roll!
