Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks Prediction

The Heat come into this game as the No. 7 seed in the East, while the Hawks are right on their heels as the 8th seed. If you asked both of these teams, they would say that they have had disappointing seasons so far. The Heat was expected to be one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference after their success in the last couple of years.

Atlanta, meanwhile, made a splash in the off-season, landing star guard Dejounte Murray. The thought was that adding Murray with Trae Young would make Atlanta one of the best teams in the East, but that has not been the result this year. Atlanta recently fired head coach Nate McMillan and hired former Jazz coach Quin Snyder.

It will be interesting to see how the rest of the year plays out under Snyder. These two teams just played a couple of nights ago in Miami, and the Heat won 117-109. Atlanta will look to get some revenge on the road tonight.

I am betting that the Hawks do get their revenge tonight. Listen, I am not impressed with this Miami team, and I am not a believer in the Heat by any means. The Hawks, meanwhile, should come out and play this game with a chip on their shoulder after dropping a game in Miami on Saturday night.

This is a road game for the Hawks, but they have been in Miami since Friday, so it is a different kind of road game. They should be ready to go tonight, and I love the value that we are getting on a Hawks bounceback. Let’s keep rolling on the hardwood tonight!
