Wow, I love this one. Joel Embiid is a cash cow. The seven-footer from Kansas has his eyes on that coveted MVP award. Games like this will mean everything as the race progresses.
Philadelphia just played Chicago two days ago and lost a double overtime thriller. The Bulls stunned the Sixers in Philly. Today is going to be payback. Philadelphia may be without James Harden, as he is currently questionable. If Harden sits out or not, I love this bet. Allow me to explain why.
Embiid has a wildly impressive 25+ points in 53/58 games this year. In Joel’s last four games against Nikola Vucevic, he has hit in all four games while averaging 33 points per game. His main prop tonight is 33.5 for a good reason. This leg should be the easy part. The leg that we should sweat late in this one is the winner.
Chicago is admittedly an impressive team at home. The Bulls carry a 20-16 home record which is admirable. Those Sixers are no slouches on the road, though, as they have a 22-12 away record. Chicago stole a win two nights ago, but before that won 12 straight games against them. Philly would love to steal a top-two seed in the East but need to stack wins to do that. Philly should get their payback, and Embiids leg hits over 90% of his games, let's roll!
