Sacramento Kings vs. Golden State Warriors Prediction
Sacramento took care of their business at home, winning games one and two, and now they have the opportunity to take complete control of this series with a road win tonight. Both games have been hard-fought, and you can expect the same thing for tonight’s matchup.
Golden State will be without the engine that makes them run in the form of Draymond Green. Green was suspended for one game for stomping on the chest of King's big man Domantas Sabonis. Draymond was ejected in the fourth quarter for the foul, and now the league has decided to sideline Green for the Warrior's most important game of the season.
Luckily for the Warriors, this is a team that has tons of experience in these high-pressure games. They will need Steph Curry and Klay Thompson to step up and then in a big-time performance if they want to tighten up this series. Golden State will also need to slow down the play of Kings superstar De'Aaron Fox. Fox was awarded the league's most clutch player and for a good reason. Whenever it felt like the Warriors may take the lead late in game two, Fox came up with a big play. Golden State will need to change their game plan vs Fox if they want to pull this one off tonight.
I am going to trust the line tonight and ride with the home team. Golden State's road woes are well documented this year, but it is also important to understand how good of a home team the Warriors were this year. Golden State went 33-8 on their home floor this year, and I trust that will continue in tonight’s game. Golden State has really struggled shooting the ball from distance so far this series, and I think that will turn around tonight. I know that there is no Draymond on the floor, but I trust this experienced team to come together and blow out the Kings in a must-win game tonight. Let’s stay hot!
