NBA Playoffs Same-Game Parlay Picks Today: Knicks vs. Cavaliers, Timberwolves vs. Nuggets
There's so much excitement with today's NBA slate. It's Game 3 for all the teams tonight. Jason Radowitz shares his best same-game parlays for the Knicks vs. Cavaliers and the Timberwolves vs. Nuggets games.

There's so much excitement with today's NBA slate.
The Hawks-Celtics matchup is the least intriguing of the two. But if the Hawks are able to escape the Celtics at home tonight, there's a legitimate chance that Atlanta can get back into their series. Meanwhile, the most exciting matchup will be the Knicks-Cavaliers for Game 3 in Madison Square Garden. It's rare to see playoff basketball in the Garden. But the Knicks finally fielded a team that could compete with anyone. Finally, the Nuggets will look to continue their dominance over the Timberwolves.
With that said, I've added multiple same-game parlays for tonight's NBA games.
NBA Same-Game Parlays for Friday
Knicks vs. Cavaliers Same-Game Parlay

- Darius Garland Under 22.5 Points (-120)
- Donovan Mitchell Under 5.5 Assists (-104)
- Jarrett Allen Under 10.5 Rebounds (-128)
Let's start with Darius Garland. He's averaged under 20 points per game against the Knicks this season. But he's coming off a 32-point performance in Game 2 after shooting 60% from three.
Garland got to the foul line at a very high rate in Game 2. But getting 11 foul shots per game is highly unlikely moving forward.
In Game 1, Garland scored 17 points with just four attempts from three and only three foul-shot attempts. That's more like it.
Meanwhile, Donovan Mitchell has been earning a high rate of assists with the Cavaliers in the postseason. He just had 13 assists in Game 2 and eight in Game 1. But I'm not buying it. He's hit this line in just two of his last 20 games and will likely look to score a lot more in Game 3.
Lastly, Jarrett Allen has averaged 12 rebounds per game. But he only brought down 10 in Game 2. He's grabbed 11 or more rebounds in only one of his last five games. And he still played 35 minutes in Game 2.
Timberwolves vs. Nuggets Same-Game Parlay

- Mike Conley Over 13.5 Points (-102)
- Jamal Murray Under 4.5 Rebounds (-140)
- Jeff Green Under 2.5 Rebounds (-174)
Mike Conley is the third-leading scorer on the Timberwolves through two postseason games. He just scored 14 points in his last game on just 5-for-9 from the field. He's nailed two threes in both playoff games and was way more aggressive in Game 2 while staying in the game much longer.
Look for that to be the case again tonight.
On the other hand, I've got Jamal Murray and Jeff Green going under their rebounding totals.
Murray has added at least five rebounds in just 37% of games this year. He's also hit this line in just one of his last five games. Murray is coming off a three-rebound performance despite scoring 40 points and playing 39 minutes. He's not looking to crash the glass.
Green has earned just two rebounds in 49 minutes of action for the Nuggets through two games. He gave the Nuggets 11 points in Game 2, but he's not doing anything on the glass that stands out.
