Unfortunately, we only have one NBA game per night until the season ends. What that means is that we need to find as many bets for this one game as possible. Luckily for us, I cooked up a prop winner to go with our other Lakers bet tonight.

Nuggets vs. Lakers Game 1 Prediction
The Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets will battle things out in prime time tonight. On paper, these are two of the best teams in basketball, but Los Angeles being here is a great accomplishment in itself. Despite the star power of this team, they were a play-in team that barely beat the Minnesota Timberwolves to punch their ticket to the playoffs. If they had lost that game to the Wolves, they would have played the Nuggets in the first round, not the Western Conference Finals.
The matchup I am fired up to watch will be Anthony Davis versus Nikola Jokic. These are two of the best big men in basketball, and both have been playing extremely well here in the postseason. Davis is typically regarded as one of the best defenders in all of basketball, and it will be interesting to see how he matches up and guards the Serbian superstar.
The prop we are taking tonight will be Anthony Davis over 22.5 points. Davis is averaging 21.2 points per game so far here in the postseason, but I believe this is his most favorable matchup of the playoffs. One thing that Denver lacks is a true rim protector, and as great as Jokic is, he is not going to be able to guard Davis one on one. I expect AD to be ultra-aggressive in this series and attempt north of fifteen shots per game.
Another thing that Davis is outstanding at is creating fouls. Los Angeles leads the playoffs in free throw attempts, and he is a big reason why. The 30-year-old has cleared this number every game in the playoffs when he has more than 15 attempts from the floor. All that we need tonight is an aggressive version of AD, and I feel as if we can cash this thing in with ease!
