The Miami Heat haven't defeated the Denver Nuggets in over 1,000 days. But they'll have an opportunity to kill that streak starting tonight.
The Heat will take on the Nuggets in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
It's Nikola Jokic versus Jimmy Butler. Neither of these stars has a championship on their resume. The storylines are going to be fantastic, no matter who wins.
I've added some same-game parlays to consider for tonight's Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets.

- Duncan Robinson Over 8.5 Points (-108)

Duncan Robinson only averaged 18.7 minutes per game in Miami's last serious against the Celtics. But he saw at least 20 minutes in the last three games. In those three games, he added at least 10 points. He nailed at least two threes in each of those three games and shot over 50% combined in those three games. If he keeps that up, he'll see 20+ minutes tonight.
The Nuggets got some much-needed rest after a four-game sweep of the Lakers. Jokic added 27.8 points per game in that series and shot over 50% from the field. He's hit at least 28 points in seven of his last ten games and will be more than ready tonight after a long layoff.
The same goes for Jamal Murray. He averaged 32.5 points per game in the Western Conference Finals. He's also hit at least 26 points in seven of his last ten games. Murray added 25 points in Game 4 of that Lakers series without hitting a three. Murray not hitting a three is rare and likely won't happen in this series.

- Jamal Murray Under 5.5 Assists (-104)
- Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 2.5 Rebounds (-154)
Kyle Lowry is getting about 25 minutes a night. He averaged 3.9 assists per game through the Eastern Conference Finals. Now we can get him to earn four assists at +110 when he earned at least four assists in seven of his last ten. I'll take those odds.
Murray averaged 5.3 assists per game for the Nuggets against the Lakers through four games. He only earned six assists in one game. The rest went under. I'm looking for Murray to be more aggressive and take more shots.
Meanwhile, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added at least three rebounds in three straight games. He's hit this line in four of his last five and six of his previous ten. If he's going to earn nearly 35 minutes a night, he's got to make at least three rebounds.
