To find this bet you can go to Draft Kings and then go to “Conference Seeding”. We need Phoenix to finish as a top 3 seed in the Western conference. Last year they finished as the 4 seed, and we have reason to believe that they will be better. Additionally, some teams that finished ahead of them will have regression.

Phoenix Suns Season Preview

It’s no secret that Bradley Beal is now a Sun, it’s also important to note that this will be Kevin Durant's first full year in Phoenix. Phoenix won all 8 games that KD played in the regular season last year. With DBook only getting better, KD still looking sharp, and Beal adding another scorer, I like this big 3 to carry them to some big wins.

It’s important to note the departure of DeAndre Ayton and Chris Paul. I think Beal is an upgrade over CP3 and although Nurkic may not have more raw talent than Ayton, he will be a better fit as a big who can pass. I think the Grayson Allen and Nassir Little pickups as well will be really nice bench pieces who will be serviceable off of the bench.

The Kings and Grizzlies are two teams that finished ahead of Phoenix last year. Memphis will be without Ja for 25 games due to suspension, so hopefully they finally struggle without him despite having success when losing him in the past. Sacramento is a solid team but I think they outdid themselves last year, and will come back to reality as a 6-8 seed this year.

The only team I can confidently predict will be better than Phoenix is the defending champs in Denver. I feel like they’re top two in their conference, and they only need to finish third. This allows a team like the Lakers, Warriors, or Grizzlies to have a big year and for us to still cash this future. Let's hope the Big 3 stays healthy and minimizes on load management. Let's roll!
