You could argue to just bet triple double at +100 but I don’t mind the little bit of juice to not have to worry about about rebounds. Domantas Sabonis is arguably the best comparison to Nikola Jokic this season and when he played Golden State he has two rebonds less than his average. I would rather sweat out one leg than two.
Golden State Warriors vs. Denver Nuggets Prediction
There’s a lot to like here. Jamal Murray will remain out for a good bit and that will increase Jokic assist rates. Last game we saw Jokic with 12 assists and he had 22 potential assists. If he sees the same potential assists numbers then he just needs to convert 45% of those into buckets.
Golden State is a perfect matchup. The Warriors allow the second most assists to the Center position. Jokic last year hit this in both games against them last year and averaged 13 per game in those two. Without Jamal Murray, this is a smash spot. This game projects to be close so Jokic should play big minutes. Let's roll!
