I don’t typically give out NBA picks, but when I do, they tend to cash more often than not. Tonight, I’ve got my eyes on an NBA moneyline play that I can’t stop thinking about. Let me take you to Sacramento for tonight’s contest against the red-hot Nuggets…

Denver Nuggets vs. Sacramento Kings Prediction
Right now, Denver is playing some of the best basketball of their season. They haven’t lost back to back games since Dec 7, an incredible accomplishment. The Nuggets have also won eight of their last ten games, playing their best defense of the season.
I wish the same could be said about the Sacramento Kings, who were at one point one of the hottest teams in the association only a few weeks ago. They’ve struggled in the new year, and are coming off their third loss in their last five games. These include blowout losses from Cleveland and the Pistons.
Wait a minute… if the Nuggets are playing at their best coming off three straight wins, and the Kings just lost badly to two of the worst teams in basketball, why are the Kings the betting favorite on Friday night? This is one of the sketchiest spreads of the week in the NBA, and I want in.
To be fair, some of the Nuggets starters are questionable tonight, but from everything I’m seeing, everyone important besides Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is probable. KCP could also still play and is questionable, and everyone else is expected to give it a go. The Nuggets are also coming off a back-to-back, but they did get to stay relatively close as they finish up their west-coast road trip.
If some of the Nuggets players were doubtful, or looking like they weren’t going to play, this line would make more sense. As Denver plays get ruled in as probable, the bets continue to back the Nuggets as well. The public is happy to take this red-hot Nuggets team against the struggling Kings at plus money. Let me tell you something… if betting was that easy, Las Vegas wouldn’t look nearly as shiny.
The Kings are the sharpest NBA side on tonight’s slate. Every square bettor is locking in the Nuggets on a three-game win streak against the struggling Kings, but the sharps know what they’re doing. You can tell by looking at the betting splits that, although the volume of bets isn’t there, hefty wagers are being placed on the Kings to earn a much-needed home victory.
