2024 3-Point Contest Participants
Dame Lillard (+475)
Dame Dolla will attempt to win his second consecutive three-point contest. Lillard is shooting 34.4 percent from three this year, which is the second worst in his career. Dame is a lifetime 37.1 percent three-point shooter.
Tyrese Haliburton (+550)
Tyrese Haliburton has enjoyed the best year of his career, which has earned him his first appearance as an all-star starter. Haliburton leads the league in assists this year, averaging 11.7 per game. Haliburton has shot a career-worst 39.6 percent from three this season. His career 40.5 percent three-point percentage is one of the best in the contest.
Trae Young (+600)
Trae Young will be participating in his third three-point contest. Young reached the final round in 2022 but was outlasted by Karl-Anthony Towns. Young was added to the all-star roster this season. Ice Trae has shot 37.3 percent from three this season, the second-best percentage in his career.
Malik Beasley (+600)
Malik Beasley is the smallest name amongst stars participating in the contest. This will be the first time that Beasley has participated. The 27-year-old has shot a career-best 44.9 percent from three this season. That percentage is the best amongst any participant this season.
Karl Anthony-Towns (+600)
KAT is back attempting to win his second three-point contest. Towns has enjoyed the best year of his career, shooting 43.6 percent from distance. Kat is one of the best shooting big men the game has ever seen. He is a lifetime 40 percent three-point shooter and has experience in this event.
Jalen Brunson (+600)
Jalen Brunson has enjoyed the best year of his career and should have been an All-Star this year. The former Villanova star will make his first-ever appearance in the three-point contest. Brunson has shot 40.6 percent from distance this season.
Lauri Markkanen (+650)
Lauri Markkanen was an All-Star a season ago, and ranks 20th in points per game. The 26-year-old has shot the ball great from three this year (40.6 percent), which is a career-high. This will be the first year Markkanen is participating in the three-point contest.
Donovan Mitchell (+700)
Donovan Mitchell, who was once again voted in as an All-Star this season, has the longest odds on the board. Mitchell participated in the three-point contest in 2021, when he finished in fourth place. Spida has shot 36.3 percent from three-point land this year.
Let's dive into my two best-value bets for the weekend.
2024 3-Point Contest Predictions
Young has shot the three-ball exceptionally well in his career.
Another positive aspect of taking Young this weekend is the experience that he has.
Experience goes a long way in these completions, and as we know, once Young heats up, he is amongst the best shooters in the game.

Brunson, who is one of the most underrated players in basketball, has shot the ball exceptionally well this year.
This will be Brunson's first time in the three-point contest, but the southpaw has been red hot from a distance this year.
There is too much value on Brunson tonight!
