We got burned last night on betting a wings assists but on the flip side we did just cash this exact prop a few days ago. When people think of Jerami Grant they think about his scoring ability, but he’s a capable facilitator as well.
Portland Trail Blazers vs. Memphis Grizzlies Prediction
Grant sees a huge uptick in his assists opportunities when Malcolm Brogdon is out. Tonight that will be the case and Grant has hit this in six of his last seven games without him. We also won’t see Scoot Henderson in this one so Grant will have moments throughout the game with the ball at the top of the key looking for open teammates.
Memphis is far from an ideal matchup but he has exactly three in both games against them this season. The loss of Brogdon should generate an extra assist and get us home. Grant has hit this prop in six of his last seven and has 10+ assist opportunities in his last three games. I expect him to generate four assists if he has 10-12 chances. Let's roll!
