Memphis Grizzlies vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Prediction
This bet is simple, we need Oklahoma City to win the 1st quarter and then we also need them to score more than Memphis in the 2nd quarter. The Thunder are 15-point favorites, and should have an early beatdown if they play to their potential. Memphis is starring Jaren Jackson and a bunch of DoorDash drivers, so SGA and the boys better come out strong.
Oklahoma City is at home where they are 25-6. Memphis is dealing with plenty of injuries, and their best player Jaren Jackson should have a tough matchup with Chet Holmgren. We have done this type of bet twice this season, and we are 1-1 on them. I believe in the philosophy, and it would be nice to be validated on predicting a blowout. We are going with just the 1st and 2nd quarter because if they hold a big lead late in the game, they can get lackadaisical and just go through the motions. Let's hope OKC comes out swinging, and let's roll!
