We've got a fun seven-game slate on the horizon tonight in the NBA. I've added multiple player props that you should consider as straight plays tonight.
March 12 Best NBA Player Props
John Collins Over 16.5 Points (-113) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
In the first four games of March, John Collins has averaged nearly 20 points per game. He's scored at least 17 points in five straight games and has nailed this line in seven of his last ten games.
The Celtics typically have a good defense. However, Boston ranks 21st in points allowed to power forwards this season. For what it's worth, Collins has a solid matchup against the Celtics.
He's attempted at least ten shots in five consecutive games and has earned more than 32 minutes per night during the scoring streak. The Jazz have to keep this game close for Collins to deliver, but at home, with the Celtics playing in the second game of a back-to-back, I think they can.
Back Collins to score at least 17 points tonight.
Aaron Nesmith Under 13.5 Points (-113) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Aaron Nesmith scored only 12.3 points per game this season despite shooting 50.6% from the field.
Before his 16-point game against Orlando, Nesmith scored nine points or fewer in five straight games.
Tonight, he'll take on an Oklahoma City Thunder team that ranks third in the NBA in points allowed to power forwards this season.
Nesmith has nailed this line in only two of his last ten games and hasn't had any success against the Thunder dating back to last year when it comes to this line. I'll grab the Under.
Kawhi Leonard Under 4.5 Assists (-164) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Kawhi Leonard is listed as questionable, but sportsbooks have his lines on the market, suggesting he'll play.
Leonard has only added 3.8 assists per game this season. He's nailed at least five assists in only 30% of games this season and has hit five assists just three times in his last ten games.
He's been super consistent with his assists, but he's not getting a high amount. In March, he added 4.2 assists per game, but he added four or fewer in three of the five matchups.
Minnesota ranks third in the NBA in assists allowed to small forwards. This isn't a good matchup for Leonard, in a game that likely goes Under.
Mo Bamba Under 4.5 Rebounds (-120) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Mo Bamba has earned about 15 minutes a game this month. In those games, he's still averaged 3.3 points and 4.2 rebounds per night.
In 20 minutes against the Knicks on Sunday, Bamba earned one rebound and only four points. He barely did anything despite being on the court for almost half of the game.
Why, you ask?
The Knicks rank No. 1 in the NBA in rebounds allowed to centers this season. Bamba will run some more cardio tonight. Grab his Under.
