Best NBA Prop Picks: Lock In This Expert's Best NBA Prop Bets for Tuesday

We're headed to the Western Conference Play-In Tournament games tonight!

The Lakers and Pelicans will compete for the No. 7 seed tonight. Meanwhile, the Kings and Warriors will play in a do-or-die matchup afterward. The loser will go home, while the winner of that game will take on the loser of the Lakers-Pelicans game for the No. 8 seed in the playoffs.

That said, here are three player props to consider for tonight's NBA Play-In Tournament games.

April 14 Best NBA Player Props

C.J. McCollum Over 23.5 Points (-104) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

This month, C.J. McCollum has averaged 28.3 points per game and shot 47.9% from the field on over 21 shot attempts.

He's been the most consistent Pelicans player this month and will more than likely get a high volume of shots in this game.

After all, McCollum has nailed 51.2% from downtown this month despite taking nearly 11 threes per game. He's unconscious right now!

Even on Sunday, in a blowout loss, McCollum managed 25 points against the Lakers in 34 minutes. He still took 19 shots and hit 47.4% from the field. His offense wasn't the issue; everyone else's offense was the problem. McCollum was the only player to score 20+ points against Los Angeles on Sunday.

He'll be the main contributor for the Pelicans tonight.

LeBron James Over 9.5 Assists (+118) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

How can I stay away from this prop?

LeBron James just tallied 17 assists against the Pelicans on Sunday. He played 38 minutes and just toyed around with the New Orleans defense. He made some of the most epic passes and looked so crisp out on the floor.

Nobody in the game has a higher IQ than LeBron James. He'll be prepared to make some of these same epic passes against the Pelicans in tonight's game.

LeBron has hit at least 11 assists in three of his last four games. At +118, I'll take my chances.

De'Aaron Fox Under 29.5 Points (-118) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

I like the Kings to defeat the Warriors tonight. But it won't be with De'Aaron Fox.

Fox has only scored 26.9 points per game in his last ten. However, he's shot 50% from the field against the Warriors in three games and has hit 41.7% from deep to score more than 32 points per game against the Warriors.

However, the Kings will get Golden State's best punch. The Warriors already rank 5th in the NBA in points allowed to point guards. They'll have a plan for Fox and force him into some tough situations. After all, Fox has only scored at least 30 points in 20% of his last 20 games.

He's not consistent. He's just had some success in a small sample size against the Warriors, and that won't continue tonight. Fox will score plenty, but 30 points is too much of an ask.
