NBA Parlay Picks: Can Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray Deliver tonight in Brooklyn?

We have a smaller NBA Tuesday slate and there isn't a ton to like about it, but I have found a parlay in the Nets vs Nuggets game that I am really liking for tonight. I am going to be targeting 3 different players, all from the Nuggets and those 3 players are Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and Russell Westbrook. See each leg below with the reasoning as to why I like it.

Denver Nuggets vs. Brooklyn Nets Same-Game Parlay

1st Leg: Nikola Jokic 8+ Assists

I am taking Jokic for 8 or more assists for the first leg. He is averaging a lot of potential assists this season at 16.7 but the Nuggets have not been able to convert on them as he is only averaging 7 total assists. The Nuggets have not shot the ball well which is part of the problem but I do think this is a good spot for them against the Brooklyn Nets who are allowing the 4th highest field goal % this season. Jokic has had 10+ assists in 4 of his last 5 matchups with the Nets.

2nd Leg: Jamal Murray 2+ Threes

I like the correlation we get with adding Jamal Murray for 2 threes. Murray has 2 or more 3s in just 2 of 3 games this season but I like him to bounce back after a rough shooting night yesterday. He has 2 or more 3s in 6 of his last 6 matchups with the Nets who have allowed a lot of pullup 3s and 3-point attempts over the past couple of seasons which is where a lot of Murray's looks come from. With it being a back-to-back, I could also see Murray settling for more 3s. I like him to get us at least 2 here tonight.

3rd Leg: Russell Westbrook 7+ Rebounds + Assists

The final leg I am adding is for Russell Westbrook to get 7 or more rebounds + assists. Russ has cleared this in 2 of 3 games this season and I love his matchup tonight. Last season against the Nets, Russ went for 15+ RAs in both matchups he had. Although he won't see as many minutes as last season. He likely plays close to 20 minutes at most and when he played between 15 and 22 minutes last season, he cleared in 72% of his games. I think this is the game where the Nuggets start to figure things out and have some success!
