Nuggets vs. Clippers Best Bets for Game 4 of NBA Playoffs
The Clippers have the chance to take strong control of their NBA Playoffs series against the Nuggets on Saturday evening. Kawhi Leonard is on fire, can he keep it up? Mark Harris gives out his three best bets for Game 4 between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Clippers.

Games 1 and 2 of Clippers vs. Nuggets first-round series were fights to the death in Denver, with both games decided by five total points.
Then Game 3 happened...
Los Angeles earned a huge 117-83 win and it appears to have grasped control of this series. Kawhi Leonard is resembling the cyborg basketball killer from his 2019 season in Toronto, while James Harden, Ivica Zubac, and Norman Powell have all slotted in perfectly next to him.
The Clippers are firing on all cylinders and they have a great opportunity to pounce on a reeling Nuggets squad. But Denver is desperate and has experience in these big games, so don't expect this to be a cakewalk for LA.

Nuggets vs. Clippers Best Bets
1. Los Angeles Clippers -6 (-110)
Maybe I'm overreacting to one game, but Game 3 felt like a big turning point in this series. Everything feels much easier for the Clippers, and they are dictating terms to Denver's offense.
For the most part, the Nuggets haven't looked comfortable scoring this whole series. So many times they are forced into a late heave before the shot clock expires, and it all came to roost on Thursday in an ugly 83-point showing. That was with Nikola Jokic recording a 23-13-13 triple double (64.3%), by the way.
Denver just doesn't have any other reliable players to support Jokic other than Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon. Beyond those two, you're crossing your fingers.
The same cannot be said for the Clippers. Leonard has deservedly gotten a lot of praise, but Harden has guided the offense very well, Powell has been solid, and Zubac (who I listed as an X-factor in the playoffs) has more than held his own against Jokic.
LA simply has more good players and they are playing well together under Tyronn Lue. Look for the Clippers depth and crisp execution to win out again and expect LA to win by at least six points.
2. Kawhi Leonard 3+ Made Threes (+154)
The oddsmakers expect Harden (-158), Powell (+104), and Murray (+132) as each more likely to make three or more 3-pointers than Leonard, but I still like him in this bet.
Leonard's +154 value is appealing to me. He's made at least three 3-pointers in each of the last two games and he's shooting 50% from deep this series. Look for him to stay hot from long range on Saturday night.
3. Nikola Jokic OVER 26.5 points (-130)
Jokic will probably have to go into hero ball mode to keep this game close, and that's why I like the over on his point total.
The Serbian big man leaned into his distribution skills in Game 3 after a not playing well in Game 2, but it didn't end up mattering on the scoreboard. Most of his teammates can't be trusted at this point in the series, so he should take over the scoring load in Game 4.
Jokic only needs to get to 27 points for the over to win, and that shouldn't be too difficult for him after scoring 29.6 PPG in the regular season.
