Thunder vs. Pacers Game 4Prediction
The Thunder tend to bounce back after a loss in the postseason. They haven’t lost consecutive games in the postseason. The Pacers changed the way they guarded Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in Game 3 and he only scored 24 points.
The Thunder will need other players to step up and score and Holmgren is one of them. The center was very aggressive early in Game 3 with 15 of his 20 points in the first half. He only shot 6-for-15 from the field and went 8-for-9 from the foul line.
The minutes have increased each game for Holmgren, going from 24 to 28 to 35. If Holmgren gets at least 30 minutes, he has a real good chance to go over this prop. He has played at least 30 minutes in nine games in the postseason and has at least 18 points in eight games.
Holmgren hasn’t shot well from three-point range in the series. He is 1-for-10, including missing all six shots last game. Holmgren shot 37.9% from beyond the arc in the regular season. He can shoot better from three, but he’s likely better off scoring inside.
Holmgren has hit 11 of 17 shots inside the arc over the last two games. The Pacers have struggled to defend big men in the postseason and if Holmgren remains aggressive going to the basket, he can draw fouls like he did last game. He took nine shots from the field in Game 1, 11 the next game and 15 in the last game. Expect an aggressive game from Holmgren to try and get the Thunder to even the series.
