Thunder vs. Pacers Same-Game Parlay: Can Isaiah Hartenstein, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Carry OKC to NBA Title?

The Oklahoma City Thunder are one win away from winning the NBA Championship for the first time ever!

In fact, the Thunder are 6.5-point favorites on the road against an Indiana Pacers team that might not even have Tyrese Haliburton tonight.

Haliburton will likely play in Game 6 tonight. However, if he's not healthy, it won't benefit the Pacers. Indiana has relied on Haliburton all year long, especially in late-game situations. With an inefficient Haliburton, the Pacers can pretty much kiss the championship goodbye.

The Pacers hadn't lost three games in an NBA Playoffs series all year. But the Thunder finally solved the puzzle and have a legitimate chance to finish things off tonight.

With that in mind, here's a same-game parlay for Game 6 of the NBA Finals matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Indiana Pacers.

Thunder vs. Pacers Game 6 Same-Game Parlay

Leg 1: Thunder -6.5 (-106)

The Oklahoma City Thunder took control in Game 5, earning a 120-109 win at home. Jalen Williams chipped in with 40 points, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added a double-double with 31 points and 10 assists. That duo stepped up when the Thunder needed them the most.

Additionally, the Thunder forced 23 turnovers and allowed only 11 turnovers on the offensive end. They dominated in the turnover department, which gave them the game.

There have been times in the playoffs when Haliburton hasn't had a single turnover. However, it has a calf injury and is likely to be 100 percent. In addition, he might play fewer minutes, which would likely give the Thunder more opportunities to force turnovers.

Leg 2: Under 221.5 (-110)

The Thunder are the most complete team in the NBA. However, let's not forget that the Thunder have shot an effective field goal percentage of just 52.9% in the playoffs. In fact, the Thunder hit only 42.6% of shots in Game 5 against the Pacers.

The Thunder won that game by adding more turnovers. But the Thunder really aren't that efficient when shooting the basketball.

If turnovers are limited, there will be fewer breakaways and fewer transition buckets. That should lead to a lower-scoring game.

Plus, the Pacers are in an elimination game now. That defense is going to amp up at home. Ultimately, the Pacers likely won't have enough in the tank offensively to close out this game. That's why the Thunder against the spread and the under.

Leg 3: Isaiah Hartenstein Over 6.5 Rebounds (-114)

The Thunder elected to put Isaiah Hartenstein back in as a starter in Game 5. He delivered with four points and eight rebounds in the win.

Hartenstein will likely start again tonight. He's played at least 20.9 minutes in three of his last four games. In addition, he's seen at least 14 rebound chances in two of his last four games. In Game 5, Hartenstein grabbed eight of his 16 rebound chances for the Thunder. He was dominant on the offensive glass, adding six offensive rebounds in Game 5.

He also contributed another three offensive rebounds in Game 4. The Thunder haven't shot the ball very efficiently in this series. That's where Hartenstein can take advantage of the offensive glass.

Pacers vs. Thunder Same-Game Parlay (+418) (Bet $100 to Collect $518)

  • Leg 1: Thunder -6 (-112)
  • Leg 2: Under 225.5 (-112)
  • Leg 3: Obi Toppin Over 1.5 Threes (+118)
