Final Four 2023 Prediction

We are just two days away from the best month of the year for college basketball fans around the world. I decided on a pretty small slate today. It would be fun for me to give out a future in that I found a lot of value.

This future will be centered around Miami, Florida. The U is known as a football school historically, but as of late, it is all about the hoops team. Miami once again has one of the best teams in basketball in my eyes, yet they are not getting that same respect from the sports books; I will be throwing some money on Canes to reach the final four at +900 on DraftKings Sportsbook. This is an absurd line in my eyes, and here is why.

Miami will likely end up as a 5 or 6-seed come tournament time, so their path will not be easy, but they should not have that difficult of a path to reach the sweet sixteen. Once you get into the sweet sixteen, as we all know, anything can happen. Miami has one of the best offenses in college basketball, and we are talking about a fairly experienced roster. Isaiah Wong, Jordan Miller, and Nijel Pack are guys that have a lot of experience in college hoops and do not shrink in the big moment.

Miami also has one of the more underrated centers in college basketball in sophomore Norchad Omier, who is almost averaging a double-double per game. Lastly, the Canes have one of the best coaches in college hoops in Jim Larranaga. This is a guy that took George Mason to the final four at one point in his career. I trust that he will have his team well-prepared once the tournament begins. The value here is far too good to pass up. Lock this bet in while you can!
