The Sun Devils enter this game on the heels of a massive road win over Arizona. Desmond Cambridge Jr. threw up a prayer from halfcourt as time expired, and the prayer was answered. That shot could save the Arizona State season, as they are now seen as a last-four team in. If the Sun Devils can pull off an upset win over the Bruins tonight, then they will likely be locked into the tournament.

UCLA, meanwhile, enters play tonight as winners of the Pac-12. Head coach Mick Cronin has done an outstanding job since taking over the program. UCLA is slated to be a No. 1 seed come tournament time and they will look to close their season strong this week.

The Bruins are an experienced team that plays very well together. They also happen to be one of the best defensive teams in college hoops, which will make them an extremely difficult matchup come March. The Bruins come into play tonight as a heavy 11.5-point favorite.

I am backing the dog here tonight and taking the points with the Sun Devils. Let me tell you why. This is a lot of points for a game that I see being fairly low scoring.
